Titan Poker launches Winter Poker League
(PRESS RELEASE) -- Online poker players looking for ways to keep warm this winter will have exciting opportunities at Titan Poker, the largest poker room on the iPoker Network. $60,000 in total extra prize money will be given out to the top players in Titan Poker's newly announced Winter Poker League.
The Titan Poker Winter Poker League will launch on January 14, 2008 and all players are eligible to participate. Four poker tournaments will be staged every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, with varied buy-ins, enabling players with different budgets to have an equal chance at the prizes.
The top 5 players in each Winter Poker League tournament will receive points and be ranked on a special leaderboard. At the conclusion of the league's ten-week run, the top 200 players on the leaderboard will be invited to participate in an exclusive $50,000 Freeroll tournament, to be staged on March 30, 2008.
In addition, the individual winners of the Winter Poker League tournaments will play in a $10,000 Winners Freeroll on March 31, 2008.
Participating players can win cash money at each of the Winter Poker League tournaments, while also qualifying for the huge $60,000 prize pool available at the promotion's conclusion.
The Winter Poker League is the latest innovative promotion to be staged at the popular online poker room. Titan Poker will hold an unprecedented $2,000,000 Guaranteed Prize tournament on March 2, 2008, and guarantees more than $10 Million in total tournament payouts each month.
